Qualifications Required - A Minimum of a Recognised Level 7 Qualification (90 – 120 ECTS) and a minimum  of 3 years Management Experience. 
Contract – 3 Years Definite Contract.

Job Description

The main duties of the Head MRC and European Affairs are the following – 

1. Coordinating with competent authorities in relation to the Professional Qualifications Directive to ensure that the relevant data is uploaded online. 
2. To attend meetings in Malta and Brussels as necessary 
3. Organising the annual conference for Competent Authorities 
4. Filling in questionnaires as may be necessary 
5. Coordinating the administrative aspect of the transposition of the Directive 
6. Being responsible for IMI and replying to any queries sent on IMI (IMI is an online database set up by the EC to manage the submissions of data) 
7. Acting as the National Contact Point 
8. Collating and compiling information for reports as required
9. Collating the necessary information for any requests for data vis a vis European affairs
10. Identifying, applying for and coordinating the preparation of project submissions and the compilation of project reports for European Projects.
